The morning after, handled
It is 2pm, the room is dark, and the idea of walking anywhere is unthinkable. This is the part of an Ibiza holiday nobody plans for, and the part where a room-service coffee does not go far enough.
Why it works better than pushing through
Long nights, dancing, heat, dehydration and four hours of sleep leave the body wrung out. Slow, deliberate bodywork does what lying still does not: it moves things again — circulation, tension held in the shoulders and lower back, the heaviness in the legs from a night on your feet.
Most guests describe the effect as feeling like the day has been given back to them, rather than written off.
You do not have to go anywhere
That is the entire point. No spa appointment across town, no getting dressed, no daylight until you are ready for it. Curtains stay closed, phone stays face down.
I bring the table, the oils and the candles. You do not move further than the bed.
Time it well
Early afternoon is the sweet spot — late enough to have slept, early enough to reset the day before the evening starts again.
If the flight home is tomorrow, the last afternoon is the other moment worth protecting. Nobody wants to land back in Manchester or Dublin feeling worse than when they left.
Questions
- How soon after a night out can I book?
- Whenever you are awake. Early afternoon is the most requested slot for exactly this reason, and same-day bookings are usually possible.
- Will it help if I barely slept?
- That is precisely the case it is designed for. Many guests fall asleep partway through, which is entirely welcome.
- Can I book it for my last day before flying?
- Yes, and it is a good use of the final afternoon. Just leave enough time before your transfer.
For adult women only, strictly by appointment.
