1. Free cancellation window
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the agreed start time. A full refund is issued to the original card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start time are non-refundable. At that point the therapist is already organising his travel and the slot can no longer be re-booked. I am sorry; this is the cost of holding a small, slow, in-room practice.
3. No-shows
If you are not present in the room when the therapist arrives, he will wait 15 minutes from the agreed start time and then leave. No refund is issued.
4. Refusal at the door
If, on arrival, the client appears visibly intoxicated, under the influence of recreational substances, or unable to clearly confirm the chosen modality, the therapist will politely refuse the service at the door, with no refund. This is in line with my terms of service.
5. Rescheduling
Inside the 2-hour window I cannot refund the booking, but I can almost always reschedule it to another moment during your stay, subject to availability. Write to me by WhatsApp as soon as you know.
6. Genuine emergencies
Hospital, family emergency, sudden severe illness: write to me by WhatsApp with brief evidence. I refund these on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellation by me
In the unlikely event that I must cancel the booking on my side (illness, force majeure), I issue a full refund and, if possible, propose alternative times. I do not subcontract my practice; the visit is performed by the same therapist or not at all.
